SI ALGUIEN ME PUEDE AYUDAR Y DECIRME CUAL ES EL BENEFICIO DE COLOCAR ALGO ASI EN MI JEEP, QUE LOGRO CON ESO... :confused: :confused: , VALE REALMENTE LA PENA O ES BOTAR LA PLATA :-(

throttle= acelerador.

PERO QUE ACELERA.... SUPUESTAMENTE VAN COLOCADOS EN LA BASE DEL CARBURADOR, ACELERA LA ENTRADA DE AIRE?, GASOLINA?.. REALMENTE SE GANAN HP CON ESTO????? :confused: :(

La utilidad de este elemento es aumentar la velocidad de entrada del aire a la admision con esto ganas un aumento de HP, la ganancia no es agresivamente mas son 2 a 5 hp aprox, pero toma en cuenta que no es llegar y instalar cualquiera ya que tiene que ser calculado de acuerdo a la cilindrada de tu vehiculo y varios ambitos mas.
Si lo vas a comprar verifica que sea especificado para tu vehiculo, busca en revistas especialistas en repuestos para performance de motor para que te hagas una idea.

En altura ganas velocidad de flujo para altas rpm y mejor pulverizaciòn de la mezcla, traduce en HP. Si es màs ancho es un efecto similar pero ademàs ganas màs CFM, por ende podrias meter mas mezcla y màs HP y TQ.

Depende del vehìculo ganaras siempre algo, no espectacular pero dependiendo de la configuraciòn te servirà.

De mi experiencia, mejoró mucho en alta. Además algunos traen un tipo serpentín que hace que la mezcla entre en forma homogéneo produciendo un torbellino (vortex), que es mi caso. Se siente un silbido cuando está funcionando. Se siente la diferencia.

Hola, yo le puse una a la tacoma y lo que si notè, es que se cae un poco menos de vueltas sobre todo en alta... ideal para trepadas

Throttle Body = Cuerpo de Mariposa
Spacer = Espaciador

Pero al colocar este dispositivo aumenta el consumo o disminuye ?

no es por ser mala onda pero todos los datos serios que he visto sobre los throttle body spacer indican que no hacen nada, voy a buscar mas info.

No sirven para nada, plata a la basura, a lo mejor pueden mejorar un poco el rendimiento al separar la mariposa del múltiple de admisión y evitar que esta se caliente, pero no veo mucha mejora si así fuera...

en un motor con carburador y en menor medida con tbi hace algo pero en motores inyectados al parecer nada, he estado mirando un poco y encontre un cosa que habia leido hace un tiempo.

In most cases when people install a bolt on part they expect better mileage and power, what happens is they are into the throttle a lot more than before trying to test performance and that's when the decrease in mileage happens.

Points to look at:

So...it doesn't make any more HP, is not supposed to help in 1/4 mile performance (or on the Dyno), and is mainly for mileage and bottom end Torque. Well, Dyno's show TQ figures and there were no changes, mileage stayed the same, and 1/4 mile performance wasn't affected on the several others who have tried it (including us). They also are still not able to explain how the spacer keeps the swirl effect through the two turns (90 degree and 45 degree) in the intake plenum of the Dodge Ram/Dakota/Durango manifolds.
