Grand Cherokee WK 2010, no entra la 4low

Hola a todos, necesito algo de ayuda...., tengo un gran cherokee WK 2010, aparecio un mensaje en el panel de informacion que dice: "Mantencion al sistema 4wd", desde que este mensaje aparecio no ingresa la 4low.

Si alguien puede ayudarme en esto..

Hola Gonzalo primero haz un scanner segun vi por alli en internet puede ser problema del motor electrico de la tranfer.

I have a 2008 Grand Cherokee. I had the recall for the transfer case shifting into neutral done on 12-9-13. Last night (1-2-14) I shifted into 4lo. The same message popped up. I went to the Chrysler dealership that flashed the recall fix and told them what happened. Basically the recall burnt up the transfer case motor. Now I am on the list to get a replacement motor due to a failed recall. Might want to pursue that angle.

I've got a possible issue that maybe the forum might know about. Every time I shift my 06 WK into 4 low, I get the service 4wd message on my info center. I used to be able to shift into 4 low, but since I had my WK in for the recall with the transfer case, I can't shift into 4 low any more. Ideas?
Okay everyone. I have a fix for this issue and it works like a champ now. I've been fighting with this issue since last December and I was a little worried about having to take my WK back into the dealer to fix this. I've read in other forums about the dealer not being able to address the issue because all they will try to do is reflash the N23 (the part that was recalled). Well, I found this fix another forum and it work and I'd like to share it all with you.

Here's what I did:

1. Turned my Jeep on (engine running) checked that the 4wd service message was still occurring when I activated 4 LOW)

2. Turned my Jeep off and took the keys out. opened up the fuse box under the hood (the one closest to the cabin of the Jeep.

3. Located and took out the fuse labelled fdcm/ediff #33 or #25 ( in my case this was #25)

4.Shut the fuse box, closed the hood, got in my Jeep, started it with the fuse out put it in drive, drove about 20-30 feet forward then put it in reverse drove 20-30 feet backwards. (Be aware you will get the service 4wd light without pulling up the lever as you are driving)

5. Turned my Jeep off, keys out went to the fuse box put fuse back in, closed the fuse box and the hood.

6. Started my Jeep, activated the low 4wd switch and it worked!

I tested this a few times, meaning turned it on, then turned it back on and there were no problems since. I urge you all to try this if you have had your N23 flashed because of the recall, and are having this problem, to give this try.

Gracias por la información, averigue acerca de esto e hice algunos testeos desde el switch(suministro)desde el k504, hasta el motor pero nada, tambien desde la fdcm al motor, lo que es voltaje , como la resistencia desde el T313, k594 y al parecer todo bien..., falta los test que corresponde en conjunto con scaner de chyrsler.
Como dato hice lo que se plantea abajo..., sacar los fusibles 23,25,33, no tuve los resultados, que se indican.
Se de igual manera, que esto esta ligado al recall n23, donde se realiza un flash a la " Final Drive Controller Module (FDCM", pero no hay certeza que esto funcione, para algunos no funciono o duro nada, como para otros si funciono pero duro solo unas semanas.

A la GC, solo la 4low la he usado dos veces y la ultima antes que apreciera el problema 1 semana antes.

Intentare nuevamente para ver que resultados hay, tratare de conseguirme un fdcm de otro GC para ver si hay algun cambio y los comento aca para que tengan mas info.

Hola a mi tambien me hizo esto un par de veces, lo tienes que meter con el computador de la marca y asÍ poder desbloquear el error, ubica a santiago moran y el lo hace en un ratito, tiene pc de la marca y se maneja bien en el tema, saludos.

Si le enviado dos correos pero aun no tengo respuesta. Si puedes hacer un puente te lo agradecería.
Acerca del tema..., hoy quede sin multímetro así que mañana voy a comprar uno y seguir testeando. No alcance a terminar y quede con la duda de una linea de señal desde la fcdm al motor voy a ver mañana..

Hola buenas, sorry por traer a la vida este post ya tan antiguo, pero quería saber si pudiste dar con la solución.

he leído un montón en foros afuera y al parecer es culpa del Recall N23, de hecho encontré un documento anexo al N23 que pueden encontrar en google por el nombre del archivo RCRIT-13V175-9137.pdf claro que acá los concesionarios se hacen los locos con tal de cobrarte algo.
a inicios de este año llevé mi Jeep un GCH WK 2009 LTD CRD a Aventura Motors en Vitacura, para realizar la camapaña P73 y el Recall N23, después de esto pasaron 5 meses hasta cuando quise activar el 4WD LOW hace unas 2 semanas, y me salto el mensaje "MANTENIMIENTO SISTEMA 4WD" ahora de manera permanente en la EVIC y sin poder activar la reductora.

según el documento que menciono, no se requieren partes ni piezas para resolver el tema, solo una reprogramación, estuve una vez mas en aventura motors pero, se desentienden diciendo que no tiene campañas y llamados pendientes, por lo tanto debería ingresar a taller, lo mas probable con un par de costos asociados al tema.

yo lo escaneo con torque y el celu y nada (asumo es muy genérico el programa).
también he probado con la llave para traer los DTC y todo OK con este metodo:
"How to Check Engine OBD2 Codes on Jeep Grand Cherokee (1999-2010)"
si alguien sabe algo, lo agradecería.

Yo tengo un GC 2010 y he visto varios....., he hecho todo lo que sale en la red, he visto todos los chat posible, he enviado mail a jeep.....pero nada, lo mas cercano a la solucion ha sido el flash por parte del dealer de jeep, ya la gente no me quiere ni ver y cada vez que aparecia me decian que hay problemas en otros lados y bla bla bla todo para poder sacarme un ojo..., lo que mas duro despues del flash habra sido 4 meses y de nuevo aparece la falla. Desde que tengo jeeps no habia tenido un problema sin solucion, ni de parte de la fabrica. En estos momentos soy dueño de un 4x4 sin poder hacer uso para lo que fue creado y por lo que lo compre.
En estos momentos estoy trabajando con un electrico para ver la factibilidad de accionar y activar la 4low directamente aun no tenemos resultados pero aun no bajamos los brazos.

Asi que......lo unico que queda es ....., tengo un GC 2010 V8 4.7 lts a la venta con problemas para accionar la 4low, o lo cambio por una toyota 4 runner del mismo año.
