...Hola amigos...consulto que aceite alternativo al autotrack GM puedo usar al igual para

Hola Condor algo parecido me pasa no se que aceite para el diferencial de atras usar 75w90 u 8ow90 GL 4 o GL 5 sin modificadores de friccion ?
el aceite para la caja de tranfer Auto trac II lo encuentras en coseche a $7965 creo que mas IVA el litro y para la caja de direccion uno sintetico que diga que es compatible con GM. ver link

...ok!!...para el diferencial trasero usa el 75 W 90 sintético,para la transmisión Dexron Vi,le puse Chevron y anda rebien...ahora el asunto de la caja de transferencia ,quiero saber que aceite como alternativa al Autotrack porque aquí en Vallenar no hay y encargarlo me sale mas de 3 mil adicionales...carito!....te encargo si sabes algo...saludos !!

Hola Condor y gracias, encontre algo en este foro aparentemente para la tranfer case se necesita un aceite con un poco de modoficador de friccion.

Total scam. Drain and fill will be just fine if everything is working ok.

The front and rear differential takes synthetic gear oil, the transfer case takes about 3qt of Auto Trak II fluid if you have an auto 4WD button, or ATF if you do not.

You can tell by the fluid color, Auto Trak II is blue and ATF is red.

Do not put ATF in a t-case that calls for auto trak, the t-case has an internal clutch that requires the special blue fluid
