this place sort of reminds me of Conguillio in the winter
you are lucky you're in Temuco, you have great access to some of the best places in Chile
Pucon goes without saying, then there's Malacahuello, the Cuesta de las Raices, Crater Navidad, Lonquimay area, Icalma area, and more.
I live a little too far south (on lake llanquihue) otherwise, would have been great to meet up, but I'm sure you'll get along just fine with the great Temucanos, and those from Cunco.
