Calibrar velocimetro AutoMeter
 

Estimados necesito programar el velocimetro, que sale en la foto para que mida adecuadamente, según lo que me dijeron hay que resetearlo andar 3,2KM y volver a presionar el botón, aparentemente algo estoy haciendo mal porque no me a funcionado, agradeceria detallar los pasos a seguir para dejarlo funcionando ok.

Electronic Speedometer calibration made easy!

To calibrate your electronic speedometer:

1) With the power off, push and hold the calibration button (trip/reset button when equipped). While holding the button, start the vehicle and continue to hold the button until the pointer sweeps to full scale and stays at full scale. You may now release the button.

2) Drive to the beginning of a pre-marked 2 mile distance and come to a stop. It does not matter how far away it is to get to this pre-marked 2 mile distance. Do NOT shut the engine off. Push and release the button. The pointer will drop to half scale.

3) Drive the 2 mile distance. The pointer will remain at the half scale mark no matter what speed you drive. If the speedometer has a LCD display odometer, it will be normal to see it counting rapidly as it is receiving a speed signal. If you have to stop during the calibration, that is o.k.. The speedometer is simply counting pulses during this time.

4) At the end of the 2 mile distance, come to a complete stop and push and release the button. The pointer will drop to 0 and the calibration is stored. You are now finished.
Remember the accuracy of your 2 mile distance will directly affect the accuracy of your speedometer.

1) Con el motor apagado, aprieta y manten apretado el boton de calibracion. Mientras aprietas el boton, enciende el motor y manten apretado hasta que la aguja llegue hasta el tope de la escala. Ahora suelta el boton.

2) Maneja hasta el principio de un trecho pre marcado de 3.2 kmt y para. No importa que este trecho este lejos de tu casa. No pares el motor. Aprieta y suelta el boton. La aguja va a caer a la mitad de la escala.

3) Maneja ese trecho de 3.2 kmt. La aguja se va a mantener en la mitad de la escala independiente de la velocidad que manejes. Si tienes un odometro digital veras que los numeros pasan rapido cuando el instrumento reciba una señal. Si en ese trecho debes detenerte no importa, el marcador esta contando pulsos en ese tiempo.

4) Al final del trecho de 3.2 kmt detente por completo. Aprieta y suelta el boton nuevamente. La aguja caera a 0 y la calibracion sera guardada. Estas listo.

La precision del marcador sera dependiente de cuan exacto midas ese trecho de 3.2 kmt.... ojo.

Asi es mi amigo Roland , aca habemos varios en TA que no recibimos calificaciones positivas pero que actuamos siempre en bajo perfil haciendo las cosas como corresponde.- ;)
